I have achieved impressive success, particularly in the industrial, technology and service sectors.
With my company, a certified Salesforce Partner, I was recognized as a Scaling-Up Partner in EMEA in 2019.

Milestones that made me a leader with great team spirit, structure, resilience and courage:
General Staff Officer in the German Armed Forces, NATO and the United Nations for a total of 20 years.
University degree in psychology and organizational sciences, change/ transformation executive education and more.
Experience as Director HCM and Program Director at Synaxon AG (4 years). Development of the first social commerce platform for IT products in Germany.
Founded own company in 2015, cooperated with Salesforce as a strategic partner in 2018, and won the OHANA Award for Scale-Ups in 2019.
